Shared Girl’s Bedroom
This is one of my favorite room renovations that we’ve done. I wanted to embrace the wall panelling to emphasize texture. By adding the blush pink board and batten it gave the room a fun element without being overpowering. If my girl’s had their way, the whole room would be painted pink, purple or blue.
When designing and styling this room, functionality and organization was top priority! By going with the triple twin bunkbed, it allowed for a comfortable sleeping arrangement and ample floorspace for play. This room doubled as a bedroom and a playroom. We also added one dresser and a chair for the reading nook. The finishing touches were bookshelves on the wall.
Pro Tip: a double clothing rack maximizes space in the closet. (See below)
